Waterfront Activities
All the summertime favorites: swimming, rowing, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing,
fishing, and sunbathing. Life guard on duty 1pm to 5pm, and 7pm - 8pm.
Leisure Time
Afternoons are unscheduled to allow time for reading in the shade,
playing volleyball, chess tournaments, rocketry, impromptu soccer matches, hiking, sports,
napping, or getting creative at the Bayside arts and crafts table. Or visit the nearby
observatory, farm, or golf course. Wesley Woods provides a wide array of game equipment
for checkout and has designed Nature Hikes for all ages.
Optional Afternoon Activities
Optional (fee) activities, provided by other camps or local entrepreneurs, include
a sailboard clinic, a guided lakeside hike, historical cruise of Lake Geneva, Yerkes
Observatory tour, tubing, pontoon boat rides, and parasailing. These will be organized on-site. Speak with the
registrar as you check in on Sunday.
Intergenerational Games and Vespers
After supper we enjoy an hour of organized fun and games for all ages, followed by
vespers.
Teen
Activity and Games
While children under 12 are expected to be in their rooms or with a parent after 9pm,
older youth usually stay up for euchre, table tennis, and hanging out on the
dock.
Adult Evening Activity
It's something fun and different every night! We count on YOU to bring whatever you
like to do or share. So far we have: raucous singing, euchre, board and card games;
