Rates and Registration

Lodging fees include all meals from dinner, July 13th, to breakfast, July 19th.  Meals are served buffet style (all- you-can-eat) in the Wesley Woods Conference Center dining room.

Vegetarian alternatives available.

Lodges

A rustic cabin-style dormitory with 4-8 persons per room and shared bath.

     3-6 years old             $305
     7-120 years old           $345

A deposit of 1/2 of the lodging fee is due by June 1st.  The remainder is due July 1st.  Fees are 100% refundable until June 1 and 50% refundable after June 1.
