Rates and Registration

 

Lodging fees include all meals from dinner, July 11th, to breakfast, July 17th.  Meals are served buffet style (all- you-can-eat) in the Wesley Woods Conference Center dining room.

Vegetarian alternatives available.

Lodges

Rustic cabins and dormitories with 4-8 persons per room and shared bath.

Age 3 years and under $250
Ages 4-6 $335
Ages 7-10 $360
Ages 11-120 $385
   

A deposit of 1/2 of the lodging fee is due with registration.  The remainder is due July 1st.

Early Bird Discount: register and pay the entire camp fee before 5/1/2010 and save $25 per person.

Later Gator Dope Slap: payments made after 6/15/2010 will be $25 higher per person.

Fees are 100% refundable until June 1 and 50% refundable until July 1.

Our accommodations at Wesley Woods are dependent on the number of persons registered before mid-June, as other groups also are vying for the same space. For this reason, we may not be able to guarantee a spot for those folks registering after June 15.
