Lodging fees include all meals from dinner, July 10th, to breakfast, July 16th. Meals are served buffet style (all-you-can-eat) in the Wesley Woods Conference Center dining room. Vegetarian alternatives available.
Lodging Dormitories and rustic cabins with 4-8 persons per room and shared bath. Families will be housed together.
Normal rates apply when a deposit of 1/2 of the lodging fee is made with registration. The remainder is due July 1st. Your family is considered “registered” when the deposit is received by the Registrar, regardless of the date of online form completion. Early Bird Discount: Register your family and pay the entire fee by May 1, and get $25/person off the stated rates!! Such a deal!! Late Registrations: Registration deposits made after June 15 and/or final payments made after July 1 will incur a late fee of $25 per person. Refund Policy: Fees are 100% refundable until June 1 and 50% refundable until July 1. Our accommodations at Wesley Woods are dependent on the number of persons registered before mid-June, as other groups also are vying for the same space. For this reason, we may not be able to guarantee a spot for those folks registering after June 15.
The Seventh Night Special: Wesley Woods has
made the
opportunity to extend your Bayside week through Sunday breakfast! That’s
right, 1 additional night and 3 additional meals! The additional costs for this
option are listed below. Please note that there will be no programming
during this time – just a chance to enjoy a quiet day at Wesley Woods with
your family!
